Hi, I'm glad you're stopping by.
I'm going to take this opportunity to answer your burning question and the answer is no, I am not a stone statue. For the sake of anonymity, I have chosen to have the sea goddess Amphitrite be my face. I hope as you read my posts you envision this statue reading my posts to you from a scroll. I'm obviously joking but I think that would be funny.
So now a little about me. I am a creative arts enthusiast and a writing enthusiast but this blog is dedicated to watchable entertainment; movies and TV. I would love to make this an all inclusive art review blog so that I could include music, art, and fashion but I am not a professional. I am just a professional at being human and one of my top skills is having opinions about the entertainment I consume. I know I would not be able to review music, art or fashion with justice. Movies and TV were a bonding experience for my family. Going to the movie theater all together for the premiere of a movie we had been anxiously waiting for and then having at length discussions about it was the norm for us. As I moved out, I had no one to discuss these opinions with. So I created For the Love of Reviews, so that I can share my thoughts and build a community of fellow movie and TV enthusiasts. I will leave you with this disclaimer, these are my subjective thoughts and opinions. Like any art medium, movies and TV shows drum up emotions that mean something different to us all. That is the beauty of art. I imagine I will write some disagreeable opinions, but drop a line below and we can start up a conversation!
